Vitamin D advice
During the autumn and winter months, when we aren't getting as much sun, it is important to make sure that you have a healthy level of Vitamin D. It is especially important if you are trying to conceive or currently pregnant - it really helps you to have a healthy pregnancy!
All patients are advised to take supplements - 10 micrograms per day. (These can be over the counter supplements)
