We continue to closely monitor the local situation in respect to Covid 19 cases. We ask that all patients continue to follow the Government guidelines on Covid-19.
We are responding to the need to keep our service users and team members safe, and are having to limit footfall and so now there is a short waiting list for some treatments.
We remain open for treatments and services under the guidelines detailed in our FAQs, and are continuing to accept referrals.
Please do not attend the clinic if you are awaiting the results of a covid-19 test or if you have any of the symptoms, which are:
- a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
- a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
- a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
Leeds Fertility and Leeds Teaching Hospitals have robust procedures to protect staff and patient safety in the clinic. Please follow the instructions and signage within the department to keep yourself and our staff safe.
